My 90 year old mother's heater stopped working during a real cold snap. Jessee's came out quickly and my mom-who doesn’t hear well, didn’t answer the door so the technician called me to ask how to get her to answer the door so she didn’t have to wait another day. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. I hesitated only because of my mom's limited income and the fact that my son could fix it the next day. Then I decided to just get it done and explained my hesitation to the technician so he would understand about her finances. He said he would see what he could do. I certainly didn’t expect anything more than to have the furnace fixed. When I paid the bill I saw that he gave my mom a discount which really meant a lot to her since she struggles with her bills each month. Since they didn’t have to do anything, I was very impressed with the way they handled my mom's repair!

Jessee's has maintained my elderly mother's furnace and A/C for several years now and I have recently been helping her with the maintenance as well as the installation of a new Nest thermostat.



I really appreciate how helpful the staff is at Jessee's, particularly Stephanie in the office and John in the field. Since I live in the Bay Area, having a local company like Jessee's look after my mother's heating & A/C needs is a real priority. Stephanie has been great about scheduling, especially today when there was an issue with the Nest t-stat due to what appears to be a home Wi-Fi problem.

John installed the Nest a few months ago (as well as doing the preventative maintenance) and was very skilled and knowledgeable. He expedited his service visit today and quickly put the Nest in manual mode so my mother can have heat until I figure out the Wifi problem.



Overall, I couldn't be happier and know my mother really appreciates their kindness and helpfulness.

I had a very old freestanding gas furnace in the front room of my 100 year old home that I wanted to replace with a wall furnace. Being an old house there were challenges, the old furnace was tied into an old chimney, too thin walls, thick beams in odd places, but their crew was up to the challenge. They did a great job, even fabricating a vent cover (the one in the kit wouldn't fit because of the retrofitting of the flue) and thoroughly cleaned up the job site upon completion. They also put a chimney cover on the old chimney. I was very pleased with their work, price and professionalism.

On June 15th one of your technicians came to my home to address a problem I was having with my air conditioner. While this person was courteous enough, the unit continued having problems so that a week later I was back on the phone asking for someone to return to my house. I want to tell you about that experience.

It was after 6:00P when Mr. Anderson called and close to 8:00P when he got to my home and even though it appears he had a very busy day, he was patient to listen, courteous, friendly and helpful. He left some time later and had one more home to visit. For a young man with 2 small children, that is dedication. It is also superb customer ‘service.’ Unfortunately, the problem Mr. Anderson thought he had fixed persisted so that I had to be back on the phone with him early the next morning. He returned to my home and once again, was patient, friendly, courteous and helpful and … I am happy to report, successful in addressing the problem my unit was having! ☺

I think it is rare in today’s workforce, sad though it is, to find young people who have Mr. Anderson’s work ethic. Too many think ‘locally’ and not about their companies as a whole or their roles in providing a ‘service.’ This is not Mr. Anderson though, who conveys professionalism in the highest sense of that word. I want to applaud his work ethic, share with you how he has restored my hope in young workers, and tell you how lucky you are to have an employee like him.
